Then for lunch I just had a Cheese Salad Wrap, I love wraps, they're so versatile, I have them for dinner sometimes with chicken goujons or chicken pieces, I've had them with ham before as well, I love putting a little sweet chilli sauce on them too, just to add a bit more flavour. I like the multi-seed ones, I feel like they're a little healthier, but that might be me trying to fool myself.
For a snack I had a Sour Cream and Chive Muffin that I made in my afternoon of baking, really tasty and filled a little hole until dinner time. I think it would be really nice warmed with a little butter on.
For dinner I had homemade Lentil Soup with gammon and bread. I love lentil soup, it's been quite cold again recently, and there's nothing like a hot bowl of soup to make you feel cosy, I love lentils too, they fill you up and they're not that bad for you as far as I know.
For desert I had a slice of Mint Chocolate Cake that I made in my afternoon of baking, so easy to make and it was so tasty, I used mint matchmakers to give it the mint flavour and decorated the top with leftovers. It had a nutella center and was all in all delicious.
I'm not the healthiest person in the world, but I do try and make sure I don't over indulge; too much. What did you eat today? Until next time...
